ABC can help you if you are experiencing food insecurity
ABC has distributed more than 100,000 grab-and-go meal kits at our Echo Park building, located at 1841 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10035. Each bag contains 5 breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks, so that parents only have to visit our center in-person once a week.
Additionally, we are now delivering food directly to the homes of families who have nothing to eat and those who are unable to leave their apartments.

There are food pantries distributing food to every New Yorker
There are more than 400 meal hubs all over the city and meals can be picked up from 7:30am to 1:30pm Monday through Friday. Children and families can get their meals from 7:30am to 11:30am and adults can get their meals from 11:30am to 1:30pm. People are allowed to pick up multiple meals at a time, including vegetarian and halal options. Breakfast and lunch is provided and you can find a meal hub near you here. No identification is required to be shown and parents are able to pick up the meals for their children.

Free food delivery services will bring food to your doorsteps
If you are immunocompromised, disabled, or simply unable to leave your home, New York City is offering a free food delivery service which delivers a box of food right to your door. In order to receive this service you must meet the following requirements as a result of COVID-19:
No members of the household, neighbors or family members can go out to get food
Do not receive meals from services such as Meals on Wheels or God’s Love We Deliver
You cannot afford grocery or meal delivery
You can order up to three days of food for up to a month and the package will be delivered within three days of filling out the form. There will be 9 meals per person provided and you can access the form here.
