Turkey Day 2024

More than 22% of East Harlem residents are food insecure compared to 12.9% of NYC residents, and 30.8% of East Harlem residents receive SNAP benefits compared to 22.3% of NYC overall. Every year, ABC makes sure no child or family in our community goes hungry over Thanksgiving by distributing 900 turkeys and all the fixings for a Thanksgiving meal.
