Women Leaders: Promoting Peace and Security examines the vital role that women play in preventing conflict and conflict resolution to build global peace in countries threatened and affected by war, violence, and insecurity. ABC showcased instances of active engagement in mediating disputes arising from political, socioeconomic, ethnic, religious, and regional differences.

ABC has been working in global peace efforts and conflict resolution. ABC families were featured in a Women, Peace, and Security photography exhibit that highlighted women's everyday experiences and thoughts about security, peace, and community in New York City and Maputo, Mozambique.
